I recently ordered some fur slides from YUNDUOA and asked for different sizes to be sent due to the fact they sent me a message before asking if I wanted different sizes or the same size. I ordered it on 6/5/20 4 days later they never seen my messages that I wanted different sizes so they just marked my package (shipped) their customer service rep LORIE was terrible I will never use this site again... and also contacting the BBB. Go elsewhere this place is very unprofessional.
Bogus tracking numbers are provided of products shipping to other addresses to keep you waiting while DHG holds onto your money and you wait months but neve receive your order. Then the burden lays with you to "prove" that you did not receive your order. As you can see all the attached tracking numbers show items being delivered to all over the place. None have I received!

83rd time WHY NO ACCEPTABLE ANSWER???? WHY STILL IGNORING MY REQUEST????

I HAVE contacted customer services 36 times in the last month and had absolutely no reply. I have just sent another message.
Please give me at least the value of the order I was cheated on - 147USD then I will consider it closed.
No more excuses and no more repeating the same words please. I know the order is closed. I know the seller has left DHGATE. I know you can offer coupons (you have already given me 10USD). I know the money is released to the seller - I want the credit from DHGATE, not the seller!!!
Definitely another Chinese scam. So far I never had a good experience trying to order anything from China. Be very careful before you pay for anything to make sure it's not a Chinese seller. I made that mistake and can only blame myself. I knew immediately the second I pushed pay that I was got. It's very possible they're some honorable sellers in China. Unfortunately the dishonorable one's far exceeds them giving the whole experience a bad reputation. So far I haven't had not one single transaction that came close to going through
I ordered Vanessa from these guys they took my money and never sent product. They are scammers
Do not buy from Dhgate, they are scammers. Dhgate sent me proof from China Post that seller Comcoly sent a brush when I bought a cosmetic machine. Do not buy anything from this company, does not give any guarantee to the buyer.
Phone I ordered never arrived. I requested a refund, and after 2 months they only come up with answers like "if there is any information. I will contact you as soon as possible".
Do not buy from this website.
EDIT: As per the answer below I was supposed to get an update by the 28th of May at the latest. It is now the 31st, and still no answer. No answers what so ever from the email provided.
My girlfriend ordered shoes maybe 4 or 5 months ago and they still haven’t came...
Scammers. Never received item ordered. Tried to contact them and contact information is phoney. They are incompetent scammers. You can't follow up on your order and their chat line does not exist. They will scam anything they can. Do not deal with this company
This place is a massive scam I literally ordered 4 headphones it cost me $200CAD
They sent me a fake iPhone charger ???? then when I presented sufficient evidence claiming they sent me the wrong item they kept telling me that the item was delivered what a scam such a waste of time I clearly stated the seller sent me the wrong item and I even got a letter from the post office saying the package that was sent was able to fit in my P.O. Box which is really small which makes it physically impossible for the 4 headphones to have fit It even says that on the letter from the post office with a time and date stamp from the post office
They do not help the customer if your item is lost in shipping or any issues. They have no actual way to contact them. AliExpress is a way more solid company.

Hi Gary,
You can open a dispute for your order to request for a refund.
Here's how you can open a dispute for your order:
1. Open your DHgate mobile APP
2. Tap “Account” icon found at the bottom part of the home page
3. Go to “My Orders”
4. Tap “Shipped” tab and tap the order that you want to open a dispute
5. Under Order Detail section, you will see “Return & Refund”
6. Please fill out the information needed before you tap “Submit”

We checked that you have already completed the order and released the payment to the seller.
Please proceed in opening an after-sale dispute to request for a refund.
From your APP where you are able to login, please go to your messages first and click on "System". Find the very first message that was sent with subject: You've successfully created a DHgate account. We Welcome You!
You should be able to see the email address and password for your account.
1. Log in to your DHgate account from this link: https://dg.dhgate.com
2. Click “My Dhgate” link found at the upper right side of the home page
3. Click “My Orders”
4. Search for the order number under “Search Your Orders” section
5. Once you found the order, click “Open an After-sale Dispute” link.
6. Please fill out the information needed before you click “Submit”.

We checked your order was already closed. This is already beyond our after-sale policy. We suggest that you send a message to the seller and negotiate on a resolution. If they agree on a refund, please ask him to leave a message for you saying 'I agree to refund you $***'. Once the seller agrees, send us a screenshot then you can contact us again and we will arrange the refund for you. If they don’t agree to refund, we cannot operate for you too.
Here's how you can contact the seller:
1) Click "My DHgate " on the upper right corner of the page.
2) Click "My Orders” at the left side of the page.
3) Find the order number.
4) Click the link “Message Seller” at the top of the order details
If you are using a mobile phone, please go to your orders and click on the envelope icon to send a message.
